Does he know what that word even means? The whole world knows Kilpatrick has abused his authority to lie, steal, philander, intimidate. Jurisprudence is the process where this is IDENTIFIED; it also includes the concept that "civilization presupposes respect for the law", a respect that Kwame demonstrates he does not have. The truth that the Mayor violated the basic trust and responsibilities required of his level of leadership cannot be debated. But apparently, "Senior Editor" Thompson prefers to veil his fear of being a truly BOLD editor with nicely phrased, meaningless, pseudo-political terms. Hubris.
